We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

You may request a return if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

❌ Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and product integrity, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or partially used perfumes
  • Opened packaging (unless damaged/defective)
  • Products returned without original box or seal
  • Items purchased on clearance/sale (if marked non-returnable)

 

Replacement Policy (Preferred)

We strongly recommend replacement instead of refund for damaged or incorrect items.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • Replacement is not available, or
  • You specifically request a refund and it meets eligibility

  3. Our team will verify and approve your request
  4. We arrange pickup OR guide you for self-shipping

Return Shipping

  • Free return pickup for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
  • For other eligible returns, shipping costs may be borne by the customer

Important Notes

  • Please record an unboxing video for claims related to damage or missing items
  • Products must be returned in resalable condition
  • Modevvia reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy criteria
